Services & Engagements

Engagements built around how scientific companies actually buy.

Three engagement shapes, from a one-time Growth Audit through an ongoing Growth Engine partnership. Each is led by a senior strategist, fully remote, and scoped against a specific acquisition or pipeline goal — not a template.

Published prices are starting points. Final scope and pricing are confirmed in writing after your discovery call and intake, and reflect team size, channel mix, and any specialty coordination required. We’d rather quote you honestly than post a number that changes once we understand what you actually need.

How we work

The same four steps, regardless of which engagement you choose.

Every engagement — Growth Audit, Launch Sprint, or Growth Engine — follows the same core path. The difference is depth and duration, not process. You always know what the next step is and what you owe us to keep it moving.

If at any point we realize we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so directly and help you find a practice that is.

01

Discovery call

A 30-minute conversation with the senior strategist who would own your account. We cover the product, the buyer, and what you’ve already tried. No decks, no pitch.

02

Intake & audit

Stakeholder interviews, access to analytics and ad accounts, and a structured review of your positioning, site, funnel, and channels. You get the raw findings before anyone writes a plan.

03

Written strategy

A written strategy and roadmap delivered within ten business days of intake. Positioning, message hierarchy, channel priorities, and a sequenced plan — sized to your team, not a template.

04

Execution & review

Weekly working sessions during active engagements, monthly reviews on retainers. Every bet gets a measurement plan before it ships, and every cycle closes with an honest review of what worked.

Scope & honesty

What we do — and what we deliberately don’t.

We believe the fastest way to earn trust is to be clear about where our work starts and stops. If what you need falls outside our scope, we’ll say so on the discovery call and point you toward a better-fit provider.

What we do
  • Positioning, messaging, and brand strategy for scientific companies
  • Technical and content SEO, including structured data and information architecture
  • Paid acquisition on LinkedIn, Google, and trade publications
  • Long-form content, thought leadership, and scientific copy editing
  • Website, landing page, and category-page design and build
  • Attribution, reporting, and CAC / payback modeling
What we don’t do
  • Regulated medical, drug, or device advertising
  • Regulatory, clinical, or medical affairs consulting
  • FDA, CE, or notified-body submissions of any kind
  • Investor relations, PR crisis response, or financial communications
  • Enterprise media buying outside of the channels listed above
  • Retained sales teams or BDR as a service

Nothing we produce is medical, clinical, or regulatory advice. Claims that require regulatory sign-off always route through your regulatory and medical affairs teams, not us.

Frequently asked

The questions we get on almost every discovery call.

Do you produce regulated medical or clinical claims?

No. Continuum Bio is a marketing practice. We do not produce regulated drug or device advertising, we do not write medical or clinical claims, and we do not replace regulatory, legal, or medical affairs review. We collaborate with those teams where required and stay clearly inside our lane.

What types of life-sciences companies do you work with?

Most of our clients sit in preclinical and research-stage biotech, reagents and research supply, diagnostics and assay platforms, CROs and lab services, and the software companies that support the same buyers. Adjacent engagements (medtech, health-data tooling, scientific publishing) are considered case by case.

Do you meet in person?

Rarely. Our default is remote — video working sessions and shared documents — so we can work with teams across the United States without anyone needing to travel. Occasional in-person offsites are possible for retainer clients.

How long until we see results?

Most Launch Sprint clients see measurable pipeline or acquisition lift within the first 45 to 60 days of going live. Compounding effects — organic traffic, brand search, referral volume — typically take a full quarter or longer to feel durable, and we tell you honestly which ones are real and which are noise.

Will we work with the senior strategist or a junior account manager?

The senior strategist on your kickoff call stays on your account. We do not hand work down to rotating juniors or offshore pods. We stay small on purpose so the person who understood your product in week one is the person still owning the work in month six.

What if we need to cancel or pause?

The Growth Engine partnership requires a three-month minimum and then runs month-to-month with 30 days’ written notice. Sprints and audits are fixed-scope engagements with clear deliverables. Full terms live in the agreement you sign before we begin, and we’ll walk you through them on the discovery call.

Have a question we didn’t cover? Ask us directly.

Ready to put senior hands on it?

Every engagement starts with the same 30-minute discovery call. We walk through your product, your buyer, and what you’ve already tried, and help you decide whether an audit, a sprint, or a retainer is the right next step.
